Purchased a watch on the 01/02/20 which is apparently arriving tomorrow 04/03/20 as per a delivery email received from both SmartX Direct and Royal Mail. On the 10/02/20 I requested an update as this was a present for Valentine’s Day, to which I received a response that this was processing and when they are able to ship, I would be notified. Realising this was cutting it short, I responded to the email asking for this to be cancelled. I have received no such response until yesterday that my item was on its way. Again I have contacted to advise I want a refund and told to refuse the item upon delivery and a refund will be issued. Regrettably, I have only checked these reviews post purchase but it would seem I will not receive a refund and it’s highly likely the item will be fake or refurbished, if such item arrives. I will be contacting my credit card provider for a refund direct and would strongly recommend that no uses this company moving forward!!
