Received item promptly and well packaged, however magnetic charging disc was missing.Following an email was requested to send images of what I meant and duly did so, 1 week on no response and have purchased said item as was unable to use without charging connector.Poor after sales customer service, causes concern if it was a serious issue as opposed to something I could easily resolve albeit at additional cost to me.
