Ed was fantastic! He listened, took on board feedback and helped us stick to budget. It's the first car we've owned for around 25 years. Although we've kept driving regularly using zip car and hire cars. We wanted an electric car too. He was full of great advice. We chose around the 4th car he sent us, paid a deposit and he dropped it to our house 4 days later. Spotlessly clean and we had a test drive. We accepted and he came into the house and helped us set up the tax and insurance. We've had the car a week and absolutely love it. It's a 2021 Skoda Enyaq. It saved us so much time and it's great to know the car has been thoroughly checked over. We are very happy!
