Arranged to collect my Volvo S40 between 12-2pm, cleared my day to meet the driver, just got call at 1pm to tell me they're not coming. Time wasters.

Reply to comment; no arrangements offered to collect car after being let down, only that they would try to arrange something next week, was told driver couldn't get to me as the protests in ballisodare would delay them too much and that he was in dromore West, to get to my address from dromore West you don't enter ballisodare. Told the man on the phone this info and was disregarded, with a comment that there wasn't enough money in it to come. Highly disappointed with CarTakeBack. Would give 0/5 if it were possible.
