Listed in June, not a million viewers but given that we had an intervening (and disruptive) election and budget the 3 views we had gave 2 repeat views and an offer in August. I am happy to have quality rather than quantity! Also kept us informed of the progress of the sale - a better option sometimes than relying on your conveyancer/solicitor. Helped liaise with the buyer, and finally got us over the line! Happy days and a new adventure on the horizon with our next project house!
