Very disappointed with the total lack of communication.A charming man first came to visit us, so professional and caring. Photographs were taken and we didn't hear any more. I contacted Carter Jonas and waited 3 weeks for a reply, apparently the gentleman had left and no one had taken on our file. An apology was made, new photographs taken, our property was beautifully presented, but '0' communication or updates from Carter Jonas, we waited 3 months to see if anyone contacted us and no one has! We have asked all data to be removed and would not recommend Carter Jonas.
