My partner and I went to view a rental property with our children. We decided we loved it and put an application straight in and received the acknowledgement email. We didn't hear anything following this so we chased it up... and chased it up .... and chased it up! .... Carter Jonas kept making excuses, 'we've come through to the wrong department', 'the agent dealing with us isn't it' etc etc. They just NEVER responded, awful way to treat a family with young children who were excited to move into their new home. You are dealing with people's lives! Never known anything like this. Presumably we weren't strong candidates for this property but actually telling us would have been appreciated! We went by a little while after and new tenants were already moving in. Appalling services!. Further Notes: Carter Jonas has asked for more information twice now, again without even acknowledging it being sent the first time so I won't be wasting my time sending the information for a second time.
