This companies accounting is ridiculous, I am paying ground rent (for a property 30 years old ... pure profit) and 'service charges' (there is NO service provided) that has increased over 20% every year for 3 years to profit them and yet they cannot understand a monthly DD paying them all this money and insist on sending out massive bills. What an absolute joke.
