The documents prepared were not all helpful. It was a good place to start to guide someone like me who had never dealt with this before. But most documents were either outdated or incorrect that were provided. My particular situation was difficult so everyone's might not be as hard. I had an out of business lien holder and a family member that wouldn't work with me to transfer an abandoned vehicle over. The help desk wasn't the easiest to get a hold of or work with. Amy was helpful to assist me with moving things along when parts of the process would stall. I would recommend to someone if their situation isn't that complicated. Otherwise doing this again I would just go to my local courthouse and ask for the much cheaper vehicle title packet to start the process.
