Absolutely terrible company, do not go near them. Beyond all the friendly sales chat, once they have your cash there’s no service.I discussed with them that I was unable to view the car in person and we arranged videos and photos be sent instead. The sales chat is very friendly and they appeared reliable.I arranged collection and when it arrived the car was covered in scratches. Deep scratches that had been poorly painted over. None of which were mentioned in the ads or shown in the photos and videos.Their first response was to blame the car courier. Disproved that as impossible immediately.Rather than admit that the scratches were unacceptable they then shut up shop and claimed it isn’t a distance sale, and so no refunds are possible. So now it’s down to a claim of misrepresentation.Do not touch these guys with a barge pole, this is the kind of company that gives car dealers a bad rep.
