The customer services were very helpful when I was trying to sell my car however the dealer that bought it was from Northern Ireland and a few days later after they put forward the highest bid and bought the car, they cancelled the sale because it was too far away. Dealers fault rather than Car wow. Would maybe try again in future but I don’t have time to wait again as I am getting my new car this week. Have sold elsewhere for a better price and a lot more simple and straightforward without the wait
