We had a great experience with CasaAzul and Kylie. She listened to our needs and desires when it came to a Lisbon apartment and location, and they weren't easy for a family of 5. While going in, we understood that the process to find a rental was going to be different than anything we experienced in the US, we were communicated thoughtfully throughout and we always new where we stood on places. We are very happy with the location and apartment she found for us. I would say the greatest value came following our arrival as we had some issues with hot water and stove/oven. Kylie went above and beyond to help sort these out with the landlord and get these issues solved quickly. We were very happy and fortunate to have such a great resource and would recommend CasaAzul to anyone looking for a rental in Portugal.

Found our dream house!We worked with Kylie to find a home for our family relocating to the Setubal region, just south of Lisbon. It was a tough ask, because there are not many homes available in the area we were looking at. Kylie was a fantastic problem solver, and found us a home that was off the rental market, being used as an Airbnb, and talked the owner into offering us a long-term lease. It's a beautiful home in the perfect location for us, and we never would have found it without her. She helped negotiate the lease, sort out our utilities, phone contracts, and WiFi so everything was set for us to just walk in the door after arriving in Portugal. I can't recommend her services enough!
Kylie worked a miracle in a very short period of time (less than 1 month). I found Kylie on a Facebook group and contacted her immediately because of the rave reviews that were given. She was highly responsive and worked to find me a terrific apartment based off of my criteria--she even set up the utilities. She was highly responsive each time I reached out to her, which gave me peace during such an intense process. Overall, working with Kylie was a terrific experience and I regard her highly, both personally and professionally. She is the person with whom you should work when searching for a home.
I just wish we had hired her sooner. We had only two weeks left until our visa appointment and still didn’t have a signed lease. We thought we could find a rental on our own, but unfortunately, the realtors we’d worked with weren’t very helpful.Kylie not only secured a signed lease for us within those two weeks, but she also found us a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! On top of that, she arranged our utilities, SIM cards, and WiFi - things that would have taken us so much longer to sort out ourselves.Throughout the entire process, Kylie was incredibly helpful, responsive, and on top of everything. She answered all our questions promptly and made the whole experience so much easier. I truly can’t thank her enough! If you want to save yourself time and stress, don’t wait until the last minute like we did, hire Kylie early in the process. You won’t regret it.
We had a fantastic experience working with Kylie/Casa Azul Pt. After we submitted all of our paperwork, had a virtual meeting with her, and paid our first installment, she was off and running. She really understood our needs and what we wanted and really focused on finding a place that met our top requirements.She was also very patient with us and willing to look at as many places as we wanted. She was also able to find places that weren’t publicly listed (including the place that we chose), so we would not have known about some of these places without her. Her video walk-throughs of potential rentals were well done and quite helpful. Having visited each place we were interested in, she also informed us of potential pitfalls of some of the places (such as a bad smell or it being up too far a hill). When we decided on a place, she helped us negotiate the terms with our landlord, and helped us to establish good rapport with them. She also set up our electric, water, and internet utilities, which made it easy for us to arrive and not have to worry about anything. She greeted us at our new place the day we landed, and handed us the keys. It was a bit nerve wracking to rent a place that we’d never seen in person, but Kylie was sure that we would like the place we chose. And she was right. We love it even more than we expected - it really hit the things we wanted. We’re so thankful we worked with her!
Kylie was amazing and made the very hard process of moving to a new country so much easier. The utilities company messed up and Kylie went to my apartment THREE times to get the wifi set up before I moved in. She is knowledgeable, patient, accessible, and most importantly will give honest advice about apartments regarding pricing, neighborhood, etc. She’s fantastic to work with.
Casaazulpt was great when we needed help finding an apartment and weren’t yet on Portugal. Kylie researched apartments that offered our must haves and would like to have and came up with a great apartment.
