I had moved several times to many different cities and I wish I had Kylie each time because she made it so incredibly smooth. She is so sweet and happy to answer any questions, she also won’t stop until you are 100% happy with your home (even if it means she has to jump through more hoops). Her eye for detail also saved me a few times in some listings that would have later been an issue (and I would have never caught on my own).

Attention to detail and exceptional service. My wife and I worked with Kylie via email and video conference in discussing what our needs and wants were for our transition. I feel so fortunate to have been connected with Kylie Anne to help me find an apartment in Portugal. I was relocating to Portugal under the D7 Visa which, as you may or may not know, requires you to have contracted living arrangements before you can even apply for the visa. Which is definitely a daunting task when you live 6000 miles away. Enter Kylie Anne! She is kind, caring, knowledgeable and very good at what she does. We started with a conversation to see if we would be a good fit and it took off from there. She had asked me what my “deal breakers” were and other criteria that might be important to me and we were off to the races. She came back with a number listings that she thought might be a fit for me along with quite a few photos that gave me a feel for the place. If it was a yes on my end then should would schedule a walk through and send me the corresponding video so I could make a more informed decision. She was also completely transparent about whatever she observed or thought about a place that I should take into consideration before making a decision i.e. availability of parking, distance to the Metro, the “hilliness” of the surrounding area and the like. After looking at a few places and due to a delay from one of the seller, we were really getting down to the wire. That’s when we found an amazing apartment in the perfect neighborhood for me. I was absolutely delighted! However, we were about 5 days out from my visa application appointment and we really needed things to move at a pretty fast pace. Well, in a matter of days, Kylie Anne had a contract for me to peruse which was then sent to the attorney she had lined up to go over the documents with my notes/concerns, then back to the owner, and then back to me and so on and so on. There was money to transferred from my Portuguese bank account for the deposit and the initial rent payment. Which I wasn’t sure how to do and Kylie Anne walked me through all of it. She also kept nudging the owners so that we got everything accomplished in a timely fashion. Ultimately, everything was signed seal and delivered the day before my Visa appointment. Even with all of the magic that Kylie Ann had already worked on my behalf, once the terms of the contract were finalized, Kylie Anne had negotiated a contract that literally saved me thousands of dollars on my rental costs. But wait… There’s more! Kylie Anne also had set up my utilities (phone, internet, cable, electric, gas and water) so that everything would be ready to go when I arrived. That was just a god-send. And lastly, but certainly not least… I had made prior arrangements to be picked up at the airport with all of my luggage and bins in tow to be taken to my new apartment. However, when I arrived, due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, there was no one there to greet me. I had already been in communication with Kylie Anne because she was going to be waiting for me at my new apartment. Long story short, Kylie Anne came and picked me up at the airport! We put as much as we could in her car and then I took and Uber with the rest. Talk about going above and beyond!So for me, Kylie Anne is truly a miracle worker! I’m quite sure that I would have been an absolute mess in trying to accomplish this without her help. She is absolutely worth her weight in gold.
I can’t put into words how amazing my experience with Kylie was. Finding a new home in Portugal with 4 pets was one of my biggest concerns during my international move, and Kylie was there for me every step of the way. She was incredibly attentive, supportive, and truly caring throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her services—she is absolutely outstanding!
