I ordered shoes from what seemed to be an Italian website and paid a high price expecting quality Italian footwear. What I received were poor-quality boots that did not match the description. The shoes do not fit and are of very cheap quality, nothing like the photos on the website. When I requested a return, I was informed I would have to send them back to China, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. The company only offered a 45% refund, leaving me with a loss of around £50 for unwearable shoes. This company misleads customers by pretending to sell Italian goods with false photos and claims. It’s a scam selling cheap products from overseas. Avoid this company at all costs.
