According to the terms and conditions on the homepage, a 100% refund is described for a return address within Europe. I am now supposed to send the shoes to China. Alternatively, I was offered a 20% refund.This contradicts Casatitempo’s own terms and conditions according to the homepage. On the homepage, a return address in the Netherlands and a 100% refund are indicated.
