The coat my wife ordered was not the correct UK size ordered. I requested a replacement. They offerered us to keep the wrong coat if we paid £14 shipping for a new larger one. I agreed. They repeatedly replied saying a new invoice had been sent to my wife's email address to pay the shipping but despite checking spams it had not. These people use artificial (not very) intelligence in their emails and as a result, customer service is awful. Stay clear of these people. Their backup is non existent.
