I signed up for a 7-day trial with Casavista.ai on 17 November and cancelled on the same day. I received a confirmation email saying my subscription had been cancelled immediately.Despite this, Casavista attempted to charge my bank multiple times on the very same day I subscribed, and for several different amounts. My bank blocked these attempts, which already raised red flags.A week later, on 24 November, I found more attempted charges, again for different amounts, even though my subscription had been cancelled and confirmed. Thankfully, none of these charges went through, but the behaviour is extremely concerning.I’ve now had to involve my bank’s fraud team because of the repeated unauthorised attempts.I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before providing payment details to this platform even for when it is for a "trial" period.
