I am writing to formally raise a serious issue regarding my account activity and missing items.
Initially, I made a $2 deposit using my credit card and won a Golden Coil valued at $104.17. I later converted this into Blue Steel Shadow Daggers. In the following days, I deposited additional skins, including an AK-47 Nouveau Rouge, as part of my investment strategy.
Due to a miscalculation of my credit card finances, I decided to cancel my trades. Before doing so, I contacted your live support team and was clearly informed that canceling trades would not result in any items disappearing from my inventory, and that I would still be able to withdraw them later. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with canceling my trades.
After canceling, my Blue Steel Shadow Daggers and AK-47 Nouveau Rouge were initially returned to my inventory. I then used the AK-47 Nouveau Rouge in battles on your platform, where I won and upgraded my balance into a Huntsman Knife Black Laminate. Subsequently, I participated in a giveaway using my own credit card funds, which I did not win, and converted that amount into an M4A1-S Black Lotus.
However, despite all transactions being completed legitimately and my credit card payment being successfully processed (with no reversal on my end), my entire inventory—including all the skins mentioned above—was removed, and my account was effectively reset.
When I contacted support, I was told this was due to a “Skinpay reversal.” This explanation is not valid in my case, as my credit card transaction was never reversed. You have received my payment, yet my items have been removed without justification.
Additionally, I would like to clarify the sequence of events in Turkish for accuracy:
“Ben skinleri geri çektikten sonra hesabımdaki bayiye ile savaşa girdim ve kazandım. Daha sonra, önceki trade geri çekilmesinden gelen AK-47 Nouveau Rouge ve Shadow Daggers envanterime geldi. CaseHug’da AK-47 ile bakiyemi Huntsman Black Laminate’a katladım. Sonrasında kendi kredi kartımla çekilişe katıldım, kazanamadım ve o parayı da aynı şekilde M4A1-S Black Lotus’a çevirdim. Buna rağmen tüm skinlerim elimden alındı ve hesabım sıfırlandı.”
This situation is unacceptable. I acted in good faith based on the information provided by your support team, and all payments were legitimately completed.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to:
Restore all removed items to my account,
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank and file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection and regulatory authorities.
I expect a fair and timely resolution.
