The absolute worst! First off, this is NOT a U.S. company as they would lead you to believe. Fake phone number and address. Ships from China. I ordered several items which took forever to arrive. One item was missing and another was the wrong one. Additionally, the $45 "Premium Leather" case was a cheap piece of garbage. Their site claims you can return with a free shipping label if you're in the U.S.. After multiple requests for a refund for the missing item and exchange or return for the wrong one, I was told they would give me a store credit for what I didn't receive and that they were out of the screen protector I ordered. They said they sent one that is "better" but wouldn't let me return it even though I didn't want it. I said NO and now I want to return my entire order for a refund. Then they ignored me. Sooo, I filed a claim with PayPal. THEN they decide to respond and said I had to pay for return shipping! In the end, PayPal settled 100% in my favor. I got my money back and am now the owner of a pile of junk. Total Scammers! I'm so confused about where these positive reviews come from.
