I ordered an S25 Ultra case from this company, front and back with privacy front cover for £31 after a 10% discount. On the initial enquiry, I was quoted 2-4 days for delivery. It turned up at 5.30pm on the 9th day. I would have been ok with, being an overseas delivery, which was not clear from the begining. However, it was completly the wrong case that only covers the back and you can get a similar one online, for around £5. I tried their online chat, email and the mobile number that claims to be available on Whatsapp, which is not the case - no reply. Evenually I received an email with a £7.50 refund!! Emailed back 3 times, to ask for the exact case I orderd or a full refund, no reply. Do not risk your money and waste your time. It is a scaming company, assuming it is a comany on the first placeUPDATE - Nothing happened after the "nicely wriiten" reply to my review. No follow up after 24 hours as they claimed, no reply to my email asking for a follow up, no refund, no correct case received. Avoid them and do not be scamed like me.
