I initially ordered a case and screen protector pack for $55.24 expecting them to be of good quality. Their shipping time frame is listed on the website as being 1-3 days for processing and 3-6 days for delivery. The case shipped out of China and took almost 3 weeks, to which it was handed off to a delivery company I had never even heard of (GOFO) to whom informed me they could not deliver to me. After communicating with the delivery company they informed me the order had been returned to CASELES. Come November 5th, I get an email from CASELES telling me they have received the product and I can pay to have them redeliver it, or, "Failure to provide feedback by the deadline will result in the package being abandoned by default."I responded to the email the very next morning asking for a refund of the product to which as of now, the 13th of November I have heard nothing back. The company now has the product and the payment and I haven't gotten a response back yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Stick with Amazon. UPDATE: The company reached out, and offered to refund me $10, of the $55.24 that I spent, despite the return being unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging, within 60 days in accordance with their return policy. They have not responded again.
