The beginning was promising with an excellent kitchen designer. We invested over 14k for our kitchen, installed on September 25, 2025. However, issues arose with missing cupboard doors and panels. Despite assurances, we are still waiting for completion as of December 1st, after numerous calls. A microwave issue took six weeks to resolve, and our nearly 1k extractor fan has never functioned. After a lengthy wait for repairs, there has been no follow-up. The aftercare from the company needs significant improvement. It feels as though customer value diminished after payment, with our kitchen still incomplete eight weeks later.
