It all began on a positive note; our kitchen designer was exceptional. We invested over 14k for our kitchen, which was installed on September 25, 2025, including appliances. Unfortunately, this is where things started to go awry. A cupboard door and a few panels were missing (these things can happen), and the team assured us it would be resolved within a week. Now, on December 1st, after numerous phone calls, our kitchen remains unfinished. The microwave was making odd noises, which took six weeks to fix after many follow-ups. Our extractor fan, a centerpiece that cost nearly 1k, has never functioned. A repair service was sent out after six weeks but informed us it required two people and would return the following week. It’s now three weeks later with no updates and still no extractor fan. I believe the aftercare from the company needs significant improvement. It feels as though once my payment was received, I was no longer a priority. After spending a substantial amount, my kitchen is still incomplete eight weeks later, and the extractor fan is still non-functional.
