I am filing this complaint to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service that I received from Mr. Andrew Dominguez from Cashcall Mortgage. I contacted Mr. Dominguez and specifically asked him for a HELOC to consolidate three bills. After I verified my income of $113k per year; Mr. Dominguez asked for my permission to run my credit for the Heloc; I said yes. The next day, he told me that the payment of the $50,000 Heloc was $591.00 per month. When he gave me that payment; I told him to proceed; that I could make that payment standing on my head!Mr. Andrew Dominguez never submitted my application for my HELOC. As a licensed broker, he cannot put in a false mortgage application. When Mr. Andrew Dominguez intentionally put in this false application for a refinance, under my name; he committed fraud! I will be reporting his criminal actions to the proper authorities!
