This is the first time I've felt the need to write a review. Despite not receiving a loan, my card was charged for a repayment. There's no phone number available, and contacting them via live chat is impossible. Recovering my funds has been extremely difficult. I've seen many similar complaints elsewhere, which makes me suspect the authenticity of the reviews here. It appears to be a scam operation. I strongly advise against using their services and suggest reporting them.
