Visited a local betting shop and placed a bet on a horse at 11/4. I noticed a sign claiming best prices paid, but when the horse won at 4/1, I was only paid out at 11/4. I was told I needed a card or to sign up for something, and none of this was mentioned when I placed my bet. This is a company I will not return to.
