Giving Coral Bookmakers a one star review is in my opinion extremely generous considering the appalling service received.Having raised a simple straight forward question regarding a horse bet, which I considered a two year old could have answered, Corals dealt with my inquiry by taking away all future promotions and they advised they intended to restrict all future bets. Extremely strange behaviour having raised a simple question. Mind you Shelia being the person I dealt with finished her message by wishing me a nice Wednesday, as the day was “Tuesday” what are chances of receiving any kind of service when they don’t even know what day of the week it is. It goes without saying following the appalling service received my account with Corals was closed. Hopefully for the future Shelia will receive some customer service training!
