I had to argue with them and had to send them tons of pictures for them to give me a refund. They send the hair to you in a small plastic bag and once you open it you can't return them. The only good part was that the customer service repl who helped me was excellent. I keep getting asked to change my review, there's nothing else to add. The extensions were horrible and they took them back because I submitted pics showing how bad they were.
