I appreciate the prompt access to funding during a financial crisis, but unfortunately, my situation has worsened after taking this loan. The interest rates were not made clear at the outset. In the first few payments, I have seen no reduction in the principal. Given my need for a loan, it’s unrealistic to expect that I could pay more than the minimum. The high interest applied before I even had access to the funds is very discouraging. It feels exploitative. I can't wait to pay this loan off, and I currently have no intention of turning to this option again in the future. There’s no way to get any principal or available credit back to ease the burden of this loan, and I would not recommend this experience to anyone. We are individuals with lives and families, not just financial accounts.
