This company took advantage of my mental health and robbed me. They say you can only withdraw through your deposits. So I deposited with trustly. After spending a couple of hundred I finally won 30 pounds which I expected to withdraw through the same way I put my money in. I do not own a bank account because I suffer with mental health issues and my partner has control of my funds but they expected me to withdraw with a bank account in my name. After I corresponded with Thier staff they tried to say I have a gambling problem because of mental health which I argued against as again my money goes through my partner's bank. Long story short after gaining a meager 30 pounds they have blocked my account and gave me no option to withdraw. THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL and I will take this further. They take advantage of people with mental health and something needs to be done to shut these scam artists so no more people are taken advantage of. I would just like to add I have photo evidence of my conversation as I took screenshots before they blocked my account.
