Shamefully bad customer service. I was happily playing the bonus games and depositing sensibly, when the froze all my promotions because of an ‘internal decision’. No explanation at all. I imagine it’s because I play conservatively and don’t lose much. It would be great if you could load up screen shots of the ‘live chat’, as it would evidence just how bad this firm is. Avoid.
