I am extremely disappointed with Casino.guru’s "mediation" process. I reached out for help regarding a false "multi-accounting" accusation, and instead of conducting a fair investigation, Casino.guru simply sided with the casino.
They refused to push for evidence or help me identify the alleged connection, essentially allowing the casino to hide behind vague "security" claims.
The most frustrating part is that the casino likely linked my account to a completely random player by mistake, yet Casino.guru didn't even bother to verify this. They didn't ask for any proof that would rule out a simple IP overlap or a technical error.
A true mediator should demand transparency when a player's funds are at stake. Instead, Casino.guru acted as a shield for the operator, closing my complaint without any meaningful resolution. If you are looking for an advocate who will actually challenge unfair casino practices, don't waste your time here.
