Steer clear. I placed a bet and later couldn’t log in due to a password error on my part. Though an agent helped me reset it, I still couldn’t access my account. It’s been two weeks of contacting them, only to hear that my issue is with the relevant department. I haven’t even checked if my bet won. Absolutely appalling service.
