Immediately after this official clearance, they blocked my $54.10 payout. A support agent named Vincent is now trying to override their own Finance Dept, demanding a "verification deposit" (Art. 6.1) that contradicts their written authorization. This is a textbook "Bait and Switch" scam: they confirm you are verified to lure you in, then extort more money to release your legitimate winnings.
