I deposited a large amount of money into my CasinoBud account to place a sports bet. The deposit initially showed as failed, and support told me it would be refunded. Based on that information, I acted accordingly.Later, the money unexpectedly appeared on my account, but by then, the betting opportunity was gone. I requested a withdrawal, but they refused and told me I had to wager the full amount – despite no bonus being used and no prior mention of wagering requirements.I tried a small amount of wagering, but quickly realized that this approach would just lead to further losses. I asked again to withdraw the funds, and shortly after, my account was completely locked.They demanded a wide range of personal documents, which I provided, but my account remains inaccessible. I have received no clear explanation, no timeline, and no access to my own money.I have filed a formal complaint with the relevant licensing authority, and I would strongly caution anyone considering using this site. The experience has been deeply frustrating, and no player deserves to be treated this way.
