BEWARE-MONEY LAUNDERING -FRAUDULENT COMPANY I joined this company as it relatively looked safe to do so,they are also licensed under UK, which means they need to follow the guidelines. Face value,what they promote is what they don't do. I deposited and had some fun, made a small withdrawal that left my account but unbeknown to me it was blocked sitting pending, continued to play non the wiser, made a further large deposit which I just couldn't withdraw after, they told me to verify my account, the account couldn't be verified as their site was down for maintenance and after that there was no option for me to upload documents, I spoke to Tina, Kevin, Kurt, Connor and after chasing and chasing and chasing, finally the verification page was up and running online, after chasing them over 3 days, uploaded which was very hard to do as they made it hard as their page still didn't have a button to press to ipload, eventually got this done, was verified and still couldn't withdraw funds,they only allowed 1 withdrawal, chasing and chasing and chasing them,being ignored, they made it excessively difficult to allow me to withdraw, and on purpose, gambling commission and law states that no customer should be denied withdrawals. It's a scam to ensure great difficulty to take your money, after exploding and I'm a very humble person to ever explode, they withdrew a small fund,kept the rest that I begged to take out then deactivated my account, ......I even got a call from the police which I informed them that basically they are stealing from customers, the reason why I exploded,withholding my funds,refusing to process withdrawals which is actually against the law, gambling commission even states that if a player withdraws funds, no reversal can be made, no company should hold funds in players accounts after a request has been made. Last time this happened was 12 years ago with online sites before the law changed,yet here we are. SCAM COMPANY breaking the gambling commission law that they operate under. There is just no way of excessive difficulty,being ignored, talking to countless people, half working document page and refusing to process payment even after being verified is legal. The worst experience I've ever had, I have actually been robbed. Honestly, if you are considering donating your money to a casino to never get it back or made difficult and ignore yo for you to get it back, and finally they hear but make it excessively difficult, then stay away.YES I SAID IT, money laundering, they don't check or bother to verify you all the time you are depositing, but try make a withdrawal, it won't happen,you have to verify yourself first and that in itself they make it excessively difficult, other sites are straight forward and hassle free and definitely don't have measures put in place to block you. Most if not all casinos Will ask you for verification,but one thing is for certain and by right of law, if you withdraw or request a withdrawal,it will leave your account and sit pending leaving your account without funds, although that's ok , as after your verification, funds then get processed, they do not do this, they just point blank refuse you to make a withdrawal which is insane and just highly illegal.I would advise, not to be careful, but to completely stay away.This ordeal has completely put me off for life.This was truly such a bad experience, just the thievery you know, that this review is my first and only review I have ever made online to date about any company.Stay Safe , Stay Away
