all of a sudden I am blocked from my account and noone ever gets back to me to find out what's going on. I want to get to the bottom of this as I have a balance on there that I cannot access. They are so slow to respond if at all Edit: I was contacted by casino classic requesting my account number which I provided within a few min of their request but I haven't heard anything back from them at all since then and it's been a couple weeks now. Im unimpressed 👎.Edit: to respond to casino classic reply- I did go through the verification process from trustpilot as well as sending emails directly to the helpdesk email address you gave me.
