Recently, after winning again, I was told I need to re-verify and locate transactions from four months ago that aren't on my statement. No one seems to understand the situation. The customer support team is unhelpful, and my VIP manager is clueless. I can't communicate with decision-makers. Unless I find a non-existent transaction and resubmit the same verified card, I cannot access my winnings. This issue has persisted for a week with no resolution, just repeated responses. Their withdrawal process is extremely slow. I cannot recommend them.
