To be clear my review is solely about the experience before I have received my retainers.
I am not impressed so far to be honest. To start with I felt rushed and lied to about how much it costs. I was on the phone to an employee who told me I should pay for the retainers in the next few days or the £500 off New Year deal will end. I then rushed to purchasing it. A few weeks later I got a notification saying Valentines Day deal £500 off. And the following week Winter Deal £500 off. So I can see the £500 off deal is on throughout the year. This is also evident on their instagram when they post the deal many times. So my advice is don’t rush into buying these as the deal is on all year!
Secondly I went for this company over other ones as it has good reviews for customer service. I haven’t had a great experience. I purchased my retainers and didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks. I was concerned as I’d spent a lot of money and thought I’d be scammed. I then had to emailed them to ask when my impressions will be shipped. Once they arrived a few weeks later the tray didn’t fit my mouth. I had to go back and ask for smaller ones and had to send repeated emails to get a reply. A few weeks later they sent new trays. Then I needed to book an impression review which was 3 weeks after that.
I was told that the whole process to getting your retainers is super quick and should only take a few weeks. So far since my payment it has been 5 weeks and I’m still 2 weeks away from my impression review.
So in total 7 weeks just to get to the impressions stage. I would advise if you want a speedy process this might not be the one for you.
