EDIT: I contacted the company on Instagram and then I got the support I needed. The issue was on PayPal, which blocked the refund for some reason. The costumer service handled the case and I got my money back in 2 days. Thank you for the support! I have to say that this part of the support was very good. However, it would have been nicer to get support via email and not having to go through all the frustration of 2 weeks of silence and having to rush behind them. Especially because the shoes are simply amazing and I would like to keep this brand as an option for future purchase.---------------------------------------------------------Original review: 1 starI bought two pairs of shoes and returned one pair. No problem with the quality of the shoes, they are nice. Though, they received the shoes 4 weeks ago but yet I have not got the money back. I send them several emails and they replied until 2 weeks ago saying that they processed the money refund but yet the money have not arrived and no one is replying to my emails anymore. Their policy says the money will be return within 14 days from receiving the shoes. I find this unacceptable. I respected my term of the contract, returning the shoes in time. Before purchasing, I read here other people complaining about the fact that they don't return money but I wanted to believe maybe it was a rare error, as mistake happens. Now I regret it.
