I appreciate the mini bus service for early calls from Central London, which is very convenient, and the food, especially breakfast, is quite good. The makeup and costume team are also wonderful. However, last-minute cancellations can be frustrating, and I hope the agency takes this matter seriously, considering the impact on those relying on these jobs. I believe that, barring extreme weather or other significant factors, once someone is booked and confirmed, cancellations should be minimized. Overall, I find their health and safety measures, payment, and other services to be commendable.
