I've been trying to cancel the service for 4 months now. I couldn't do through the website initially, so I sent an e-mail, I was told I could not cancel through e-mail. I followed the process they sent me, and I was not able to finish again - they ignored my emails. I finally was able to cancel it through the website, I am still being charged for it and still being ignored by customer service. I've never seen anything like this before.
