I went in for a cleaning and needed a tooth pulled at the Franklin, TN office. The service was fine but there was a billing mix-up and I was charged $75 too much. I called at least 8 times over the next 4 months to get a refund. Each time I was told this has to be done by a supervisor or by "our corporate office" or was given another number to call. I never got a call back nor the refund so I finally disputed the charge through my credit card. Terrible customer service.
