I initially went in for a bridge crown due to a missing tooth, and what should have been a straightforward process turned into a nightmare. They removed my old crown and, over three visits, struggled to properly numb my tooth, forcing me to endure multiple painful injections each time.After weeks of suffering, I was finally referred to an endodontist in February, who successfully performed the root canal. I was assured that I only needed to pay $250, which I did. They then scheduled follow-up appointments for bridge measurements and final placement. However, just when I thought I was nearing the end of this ordeal, I received an unexpected call demanding an additional $650 for the root canal—completely blindsiding me.This experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Castle Dental seems more focused on keeping patients in pain and draining their wallets than providing quality care.
