great selection of artwork and great customer service

I recently purchased two pieces of art from Castle Fine Art, and while one of them arrived with a minor issue, the way the team handled it completely won me over. A special thank you to Becky, whose customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was proactive in sorting out the problem, kept me fully informed at every stage, and made the whole process feel effortless.It’s often said that you can really judge a company by how they respond when something goes wrong, and this was a perfect example. The issue itself quickly became a non-event because of how well it was dealt with. I felt assured, well looked after, and genuinely valued as a customer.Thanks to this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Castle Fine Art again.
