I placed an online order with Castlery for more than $3,000. The original delivery window came and went with no communication. I had to follow up with customer service multiple times for an update. When they finally sent new delivery dates, the service elevator in my building was already booked. I asked for more options and they threatened me with a $100 rescheduling fee! Just plain terrible service from Castlery for such a large order. Competitors have far more reliable delivery and support in my experience.
