Very poor customer service and noclue Technical Support. More than 80% recommendations went down performed poorly immediately after recommending and never recovered. Your recommendation alerts to buy or sell go missing and technical support can't figure out why. There is no reminder that new recommendations have been sent unless u keep checking your emails daily. Too many whatsapp groups and too many junk emails and flooded with promotional marketing videos and masterclasses for the paid members. There are no videos for paid members but tons of promotional marketing videos to grab new customers. Those videos don't give any concrete advise unless you join their service. But once u join service no members only videos are made. Recommendations are sent first without research so you have to buy blindly without conviction or rationale and research behind it is sent after a week and research is sent in big emails which we don't get time to read which contains mostly ratios and technical analysis parameters avarage investors doesn't care that too very late. It took them 1 year to fix my change of email address request. Tricked us into paying for 3 years service and locked in without any refund or trial period or satisfaction guarantee. None of his stocks has become multibagger. So don't fall for multibagger sales pitch. He is too afraid of high growth multibagger stocks with higher future potential. Value investor but those value stocks also do down lot after recommending. Refuses to communicate with paid members via whatsapp says check emails. But on whatsapp and emails both he keeps bombarding promotional marketing videos and masterclasses. The links provided to launch the articles or videos on his app don't work.
