But then finally when the perfect house came up, we felt very confident in making a good offer with them in our corner. Catapult sent us multiple millions to enable the new home purchase and new home mortgage approval, and our Catapult fee in the end was $0. Seriously. It's pretty amazing to get that much money and this amazing service and pay nothing out of pocket on top of that. Our listing agent was then able to showcase our home well, given we had already moved into our new home, and it also sold well above list price. All in all, we truly are grateful for the whole Catapult team, and this product is one of the best out there for homeowners buying a new home.
