My order 19056935 was cancelled without informing me or giving me a refund, I only found out two weeks later when I requested an update. I'm told the order was cancelled because delivery was too a residential address, but this problem isn't mentioned anywhere on the website or when ordering. I'm making a complaint with PayPal now as I still haven't received a refund and this feels like a scam
