I have emailed twice -info@caterkwik. Co . Uk courtney@caterkwik. Co . Uk (full emails are not allowed in reviews but my emails have been sent to correct addresses) and a third time via their ‘contact us’ page complain about a parcel that hasn’t been delivered. A total of 3 times over the past week or so with no response whatsoever. I have spent over £4500 and I’m waiting for the water filter before fitting a brand new espresso machine. Really disappointing, as I’ve used them several times and spent thousands of pounds over recent years. I cannot ring the line, as I’m still abroad with the family on holiday. I could understand missing an email, but THREE?
